Delivery & Installation
As a Tanzanian owned and operated company, RENZO Blinds offers delivery to anywhere in Tanzania and neighbouring countries. Delivery and installation within Dar-es-Salaam city is always free. Delivery and/or installation upcountry will include delivery cost additional costs.
Unless stated otherwise, all blinds will be dispatched within seven (7) working days from confirmation and payment of the order, provided the product you ordered is in stock. But there is little chance we won’t have it in stock.
Free Samples
RENZO Blinds offers free samples delivered to you anywhere in Tanzania and neighbouring countries. Shipping/courier costs may apply.
IMPORTANT
As soon as you receive your window coverings, please inspect them and notify us immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them.
If you notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 7 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, we will have the damaged merchandise replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 7 day period, we will only replace at cost to you.
All damaged shipments must be signed for as damaged.
